Support
Write to the product's support address and a person will read it. Include the device you are using and the app version if you can; it shortens the back-and-forth.
Subscriptions to our apps are sold and billed by Apple or Google, not by us directly. That means they hold your payment details and they process cancellations and refunds.

Manage or cancel in the Play Store app, under your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Refund requests go through Google Play Help.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If a purchase is not showing up, use Restore purchases in the app's settings, then write to us if that does not fix it.
Each app that offers accounts includes a delete-account option in its settings. It removes the account and the data stored with it.
If you cannot reach the app, email the product's support address from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Never send passwords, full payment card numbers or one-time codes by email. We will not ask for them. We may ask for the email address on your account and, for purchases, the order number from your Apple or Google receipt.
